Led design strategy for a cloud-based operational and analytics platform, defining the multi-product vision for medication management across the autonomous pharmacy ecosystem. Established scalable systems and reusable patterns across a design system supporting 22+ scrum teams. Managed five designers and drove cross-functional alignment between Product, Engineering, and clinical stakeholders.
Led design for patient and provider experiences across Enterprise Clinical Services — including decision at point of care, ACO care management, and the initial AI-driven clinical decision support framework. Translated complex clinical workflows into intuitive, actionable experiences. Also led the Optum patient portal, eVisit, Jan Aushadi (a healthcare platform now serving millions in India), and built the first UHG benefits chatbot.
